Life at LLA

Halloween @ LLA!

“Trick or Treat?”

From the decorations of bats, spiders, pumpkins and ghosts to the highlight, our very own in- house prosthetic make up artist, Creya Sathi (Batch 2019-20), LLA’s first ever Halloween celebration surely was a Treat! From the Joker to a tissue paper mummy, from a mime to a burglar trio, there was no limit to the imagination of our students!

A lot of the characters were brought to life with Creya’s exceptional make up as she worked tirelessly all day to make sure everyone looked the part! Parallelly, a bunch of students got to work on the decorations. They set up a backdrop on stage and filled it with a variety of typical halloween decor to really add to the spirit of the occasion!

This truly was a fun day, here at LLA! This is what some of the students had to say:

“All I was supposed to do this Halloween was help out with decorations but out of nowhere my friends caught me, sat me down, picked up 2 to 3 rolls of tissue paper and mummified me! It was great to be pulled into the whole costume frenzy so unexpectedly!”
– George Ramapuram (Batch 2019-20)

“This was my first time celebrating Halloween. I was not aware that such a day existed but I had a lot of fun. Creya did her best and made Halloween so special for all of us with her brilliant make up skills. The ramp walk was so cinematic… with the zombie, the Joker, Harley Quinn, a mime, a mummy and all the other characters performing, dancing and simply having fun! I enjoyed it a lot.”
– Mohamed Imran (Batch 2019-20)
